VDS is owned and operated by Richard Livercchi, ARA, NCARB, who has over 25 Years of Experience in Architecture and Code Enforcement. Clients speak directly with the Owner who is directly involved in every decision on every Project. Quality Service is our top priority.
We are VIRTUAL. We will assemble a team to provide you with the best Project we can deliver. We can add and delete Team Members depending on the Scope of the Project. If the Project requires a specialty that VDS doesn't have, we will go find it or work with a consultant recommended by you. We are flexible to meet your needs.
We are DESIGN. Virtual Design Studios analyzes each Project systematically and logically to provide a solution that meets your Project Criteria. We don't "over-design". We simply respond to your needs.
Our home is our STUDIO. This is where the work gets done. Sometimes it's on a Construction Site. Sometimes it resides in a Laptop. Sometimes it's at your Office. Sometimes, it's deep inside our minds. We work where we need to and don't feel bound by an address (of course, we do have one).
