Matthew Heyrman, Director of Economic Development and Deputy County Administrator
Matt provides strategic leadership for Lucas County’s economic growth initiatives. He guides the department’s efforts to attract investment, support business expansion, and strengthen regional partnerships. His leadership ensures that Lucas County remains competitive and well-positioned for long-term success.

Mike Hampton, Administrator of Springfield Township
Mike manages the day-to-day operations, implements policies, and handles finance, human resources, and economic development for the township. Mike oversees project management and coordination with our community leaders across Lucas County.  He is highly involved with implementing economic development strategies for economic growth in the community.

Brent Williamson, Board President
Brent has served with the Holland-Springfield Chamber in various roles over the past few years. Under his leadership, he and the board members will continue to focus on business growth in Springfield Township. He will partner with our local leaders, elected officials, businesses and resources to support economic initiatives and advocate for all our local businesses.
